Shipping Policy for Try Hobby Box

1. Free Shipping Details

Eligibility:
- Orders totaling $35 or more AFTER discounts and BEFORE taxes.
- Valid shipping address within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).
- Standard delivery only (3-7 business days)

What's NOT eligible for free shipping:
- Expedited or overnight shipping (you can upgrade at checkout)
- International orders (we do not currently ship outside the USA)
- PO Boxes in remote areas (you may see a small surcharge at checkout)

Example:

βœ— Add $30 of products + $5 discount β†’ $25 total β†’ No free shipping

2. Processing Time
- Standard orders: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Subscription boxes: Ship between the 1st and 5th of each month

4. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Free shipping orders include full tracking.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages (Free shipping orders included)
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it: Check with neighbors, your local post office, or security cameras.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- For packages lost in transit (no tracking update for 15+ days): Email support@tryhobbybox.shop. We will file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will charge re-shipping fees (even on originally free shipping orders).

8. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

9. Free Shipping on Returns?
- Defective or incorrect items: YES, we send a free return label.
- Changed your mind: NO, you pay return shipping.
